Departments
St. Edmund Prep offers a rigorous college preparatory curriculum designed to meet the needs of all our students. We prepare all students to meet the requirements for the New York State Regents Diploma. Honors level courses are offered in English, Math, Science and Social Studies. Remedial Level classes are offered in English and Math.
Our academic departments are headed by a coordinator who is also tasked with being a member of the SEP Academic Council. These coordinators serve as academic leaders who meet regularly with the Administration to discuss curriculum, testing, professional development and future academic goals for St. Edmund Prep.
Each department ensures that all state curriculum requirements are met which in turn prepares students for regent exams. Coordinators and teachers within each department communicate both on a regular basis to ensure that the needs of each student are met.
