Yoga Club

Yoga was created to give students a place where they can relax and learn how to deal with stress through a positive outlet.  Club activities focus on different breathing techniques and hatha yoga postures.  Members also learn about how practicing yoga regularly may benefit their everyday lives.  The Yoga Club meets every Tuesday from 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM in the dance studio.  All students are welcome to join at any time.  Interested?
