Writing Contest
Attention all 8th Grade Students! You are invited to enter the St. Edmund Preparatory High School Writing Contest. The contest requires you to write an essay about someone who has influenced your life.
The 2010 winner, John Bazik from St. Bernadette School, wrote a wonderful essay about his Grandfather, John, who by his everyday actions has taught John about the values of hardwork, honesty, and integrity. John and his family attended an event at the Prep where they were recognized for their contributions. Once again, congratulations to all including John’s eighth grade teacher Sister Shirlee Tremont, MPF.
Entering is easy and prizes will be awarded. Submission guidelines and rules are below. We look forward to reading your essays. Good luck to all!
