Step Team Wins Orange Wave Competiton
Congratulations to the SEP Step Team for their victory at the recent Orange Wave Step Competition at Thomas Jefferson High School.  The team performed an energetic and thrilling routine that wowed the crowd and impressed the judges.  This is the third consecutive top-three finish for Head Coach Shamire Marc '10 and the SEP Step Team.

SEP Softball Strikes Out Autism
The St. Edmund Prep Softball program took part in the annual Strike Out Autism tournament at Bergen Beach on Saturday April 29th.  The Eagles joined with over a dozen other Catholic high schools from across the metropolitan area to raise awareness and funds for Autism research and related programs.  Both the JV and Varsity teams played two games, participated in a silent auction, and assisted with various raffles throughout the day.  In all, over $5000 was raised for this worthy endeavor.

Spring Sport Awards Dinner
It’s hard to believe that the Spring sports season is nearing its conclusion.  As is our custom, we will gather together to celebrate the accomplishments of all our Spring teams and individual student-athletes at Buckley’s.  Our Sports Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday June 1st at 7:00 pm and will recognize the following teams: JV and Varsity Baseball, JV and Varsity Softball, Boys Volleyball, Girls Lacrosse, Golf and Crew. Additionally, it is at this dinner that we announce the recipients of our major year-end athletic awards, including the Donny Duval, Peggy Boyle, and Lou Esposito Awards and the Student-Athletes of the Year.  The cost is $35 per person.  All student-athletes will receive invitations in homeroom in the near future.
