This club is for students who are interested in learning more about health and wellness. We are all living in very unsteady times and many students, families and SEP faculty and staff members are looking for simple but useful ways to navigate these unpredictable times. When we are at our emotional, physical and mental best, we can bring our best selves to our world with a confident, calm and steady outlook. Wellness Wednesday is a place for club members to explore tools such as meditation, healthy eating habits, positive self-esteem, yoga practices, prayer, energy healing etc. to share with students, parents and SEP faculty and staff. If you yourself are struggling these days, then this club is the perfect place for you to learn more about health and wellness so you may share with others who may also be struggling. Wellness Wednesday is a safe place to learn, share and building your wellness toolbox.
