On Monday, August 3rd the Diocese of Rockville Center announced the appointment of Mr. James Grillo '02 as the next Principal of Holy Trinity Diocesan High School in Hicksville, NY, effective immediately.
Mr. Grillo has been an integral part of the St. Edmund Family since returning to The Prep in 2010 as a faculty member in the English Department. His service to St. Edmund Prep has included time as Co-Athletic Director, Department Coordinator for Science, Fine Arts, and Physical Education, Emmaus Retreat Director, Yearbook Moderator, and Summer Outreach Coordinator.
The St. Edmund Family will miss Mr. Grillo, who has positively impacted so many students, faculty, staff, and families. Although he will now be a Titan, Mr. Grillo will always be an Eagle at heart. All of us at St. Edmund Prep wish Mr. Grillo much success at Holy Trinity.
