Stevens Institute Summer Pre-College Business Program

Stevens Institute of Technology offers one of the most comprehensive pre-college business programs available. At Stevens Pre-College, high school students will translate skills learned from the classroom to the real-world. From conducting market research with perspective customers to pitching an idea to a panel of accomplished investors and professors, our programs will give students the confidence they need to pursue a career in the competitive business world.

With quick access to Wall Street, our corporate site visits will give students unparalleled exposure to the big leagues. In the past, we have visited Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and the Federal Reserve. There is no doubt that students will leave our program with a advantage in the college admissions process. Below are program descriptions of our unique business offerings:

Business Explorer: This exciting one week, residential program puts you in command of the technology that’s altering the world of tomorrow. You will see how technology is changing the game in accounting, finance (including quantitative finance), management, information systems, international business, marketing and more as you work towards creating a dynamic consulting strategy for a real company.

Entrepreneurship: From an Idea to a Startup: Think you have what it takes to be an Entrepreneur? This strategically designed one week, residential program will focus on the tools and skills that are required to develop an idea that can be pitched to a potential customer. Throughout the week you will be exposed to robust group exercises, guest speakers, exciting site visits, engaging discussions and workshops led by successful business owners.
