St. Edmund Prep offers two regular payment options - five payments or 11 monthly payments. All students are automatically placed in the five payment plan unless another plan is requested. All tuition is paid through FACTS.

Option 1 - Five Payment Schedule
$1,000* due July 1, 2025 (Non-Refundable - Required to hold a seat for September)
* Freshmen required to pay $500 since initial registration payment of $500 was previously recorded.

Notes

  • Payments received seven business days late will automatically incur a $50 late fee unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • All payments must be made through FACTS. Should you have any questions or if you would like to make a cash payment, please contact Mrs. Lois Koplin in the Tuition Office (718-743-6100 x5011).
  • If you have more than one student in the school 10% will be deducted from the older child's tuition.
  • Children of employees of any Catholic school in Brooklyn/Queens will receive a 10% tuition reduction.
  • If tuition is paid in full for the year on August 1st you may deduct $300 from the total.
  • All tuition must be up to date for a student to participate in any event, activity, or trip requiring additional expenditure.
  • Graduating Seniors must have up to date tuition in order to attend senior events.
  • Transcripts are released only when tuition payments are up to date with zero balance
